The Fallon is our luxury three-bedroom apartment floor plan. It comes in three variations:

• The Fallon
• The Fallon Deluxe Reverse
• The Fallon Deluxe Variation

All floor plans include master bedrooms suites and luxury details. They are in an ideal location in Downtown Oakland and steps from Jack London Square. The closest BART station is a five-minute walk.

The apartments come in two theme options:

Contemporary: This rich theme includes grey-stain oak cabinets, Calcutta quartz countertops, and grey-stain plank flooring. This one is for those who enjoy a cozy retreat.
Classic: This theme also has plank flooring and wood-look cabinets, but it’s brighter, with light warm brown colors and white quartz countertops. This theme suits people looking for an airy, light home.

Upscale Amenities

All our three-bedroom apartments are equipped with thoughtful, upscale amenities such as recessed lighting and chic color ways.

Walk-In Closets

Every Fallon apartment has walk-in closets in the master bedroom for more storage than you can imagine. Spacious closets provide storage in the other two bedrooms.

In-Unit Washer Dryer

Every apartment has modern stacked, full-sized, front-loading washer/dryers. Never leave your apartment to do laundry again.

Floor-to-Ceiling Windows in Some Units

Some of our three-bedroom apartment units include floor-to-ceiling windows for incredible views of the Bayview Bridge. The rest have oversized windows to bring in lots of natural light. Custom shade also allow you to control light levels so the sun doesn’t wake you up early or keep you from sleeping.

Double Vanity Sinks in Some Units

Some units have double vanity sinks in the master bath—meaning you no longer have to fight over the sink when getting ready in the morning.

Our kitchens are a highlight of our apartments—thoughtfully designed and roomy with all the details that people who cook a lot love, we have lots of unique features:

Quartz Countertops

Kitchen have options of either a L-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar or a kitchen island with a waterfall edge. All the apartments come with quartz countertops for easy cleaning, durability, and gorgeous aesthetics.

Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances

All kitchen appliances are stainless steel.

Soft-Close Cabinetry

Reduce atmospheric noise and make cooking part of your relaxation rituals with soft-close cabinets.

Modern Living

We built our apartments with modern technology for everyday convenience. We have Nest thermostats in every apartment and smart light switches for keeping control over your apartment atmosphere. Keyless entry provides extra convenience and security—no more wrangling keys while carrying home groceries.
