The centerpiece is a long, rectangular heated pool, framed by our modern mid-rise architecture, welcoming seating areas, and attractive landscaping. Sun loungers, daybeds, and umbrellas create both sunny and shaded zones for poolside lounging. Orange end tables add a pop of color, while tall palms and manicured landscaping soften the urban geometry and evoke a coastal California vibe. The surrounding hardscape is clean and spacious, allowing for easy movement and a sense of openness even within the enclosed courtyard.

At the opposite end of the courtyard, a recessed spa surrounded by minimalist benches invites quieter moments of relaxation. Lush greenery and sculptural landscaping border the hot tub area, offering a bit of visual privacy and a natural buffer from the more active pool zone. Whether you're taking a quick swim, unwinding in the heated spa, or just enjoying the ambient green space, the courtyard transforms the outdoors into an extension of home.
