Fourth Street East’s Clubhouse: A Space with Range

Design-forward clubhouse with game tables, tall black-framed windows, a charcoal tile fireplace wall, and lounge seating accented with yellow pillows.

Where Staying in Feels like Going Out

Fourth Street East’s clubhouse is a bright, open room designed for easy downtime. Tall windows pull in natural light and frame the street trees outside, and the double-height ceilings give the space an airy, modern scale. Warm wood, polished concrete, and charcoal accents add texture without overwhelming the room.

A full set of game tables brings energy into the space. Shuffleboard, billiards, and foosball are all here, paired with seating that supports different types of use. Sofas and armchairs gather near the fireplace for relaxed conversation, lounge chairs and solid timber tables offer more room to spread out, and café-height tables give you a simple spot for reading or light laptop work.

Signature design elements add even more ambiance. Sculptural chandeliers overhead create a consistent rhythm through the space. Large-format city photography adds a local point of view and gives the walls more personality. Greenery sits throughout the seating areas and softens the room’s taller industrial surfaces. One of the most memorable touches is the oversized Scrabble wall. It’s playful, unexpected, and easy for residents to engage with, which makes it a natural conversation starter during gatherings or casual hangouts. A modern fireplace also anchors the main lounge zone and helps tie the seating together.

With its mix of games, seating, and thoughtful design details, the clubhouse gives residents a place to gather that feels relaxed and well curated.
