At Fourth Street East, it’s important to us to provide apartments that do more than just provide shelter — they enhance day to day living through unique luxurious details. For example, our two-bedroom apartments all have recessed mood lighting and slow-close cabinets in the kitchens.

Because of our dedication to resident comfort and supporting chic living, we offer two color ways for our apartments. Be sure to check which one the unit you’re interested in has:

• Classic: This bright color way has light, cool colors throughout. The cabinetry is soprano elm, a gray color, and the counters are arctic white quartz. The backsplash is a gray subway tile.
• Contemporary: This moodier design makes use of some warmer and darker colors, using painted oak cabinetry, white Calcutta quartz countertops, and matching quartz backsplash.

Private Balconies

Many of our apartments have private balconies. These balconies are perfect to relax on and take in views of Oakland or the Bayview Bridge. Views may vary depending on the apartment. The balcony may be a patio or terrace instead, depending on the unit location. Floor plans with balconies include The Madison (+ variations), The Clay Loft and Clay Deluxe Loft, and The Oak ( + variations).

L-Shaped Kitchen with Breakfast Bar

Some apartments have an L-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar for extra cooking counter space and extra dining space. All of the Madison apartments include this. All of the Oak floorpans have an L-shaped kitchen too, but it has a kitchen island instead of a breakfast bar.

Kitchen Island with Waterfall Edge

Many of our apartments have kitchen islands, and when they do, they include stylish waterfall edges. These edges continue the quartz countertop to the floor for extra modern, clean lines and for more beautiful surfaces. It also makes the sides of the islands easy to clean. Floor plans with islands include all Washington floor plans, Oak floor plans, and Clay Loft floor plans.

Deep Farmhouse Sink with Chrome Faucets

Our deep, chrome farmhouse sinks give you extra space for everything from washing dishes to filling up your water filter without dealing with awkward faucet handles. All our apartments are outfitted like this.

Walk-In Closet

All of our two-bedroom apartments have at least one walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The extra storage space will help you effectively store all your clothes.

All our apartments have stainless steel oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Our french-door style refrigerators have deep freezers for plenty of food storage — taking care of all your meal prep needs.

We’ve designed the bathrooms in our apartments to be a relaxing oasis. With soft mood lighting and roomy interiors, never feel cramped in your bathroom again. The tubs are deep, for soaking away stress in a hot bath, and they have tile surrounds for an aesthetic look and easy cleaning.

Floor-to-Ceiling Windows

In some units, our apartments may have stunning floor-to-ceiling windows to take in city views. In the rest of the units, we have oversized windows that let in plenty of natural light and keep your home sunny. Custom shades allow your to control just how sunny you want it in your home.

Smart Tech

Live in modern times with smart technology installed in every apartment. Each unit comes with a Smart Nest thermostat and a smart light switch to help control your environment with precision. Keyless entry offers convenience and security.
